Frequently Asked Questions

I almost always charge an hourly rate for agency work. This rate depends on the work required and timelines. I always sit down and have an in-depth conversation with the agency before I start work, and discuss the intricacies of projects, and budget. This helps us come up with an hourly rate that works for everyone!

Depending on the project, timelines can vary, but before starting a job, I make sure to find out when the client needs the design to be finalised, and ensure I complete it with enough time for potential changes.
For example, if the client needs a 50 page corporate document designed in 4 weeks, I allocate at least half an hour per page, and ensure the first iteration of the design is completed 1-2 weeks before the due date. This means we can make tweaks to the design and content, and finalise the design with days to spare!

I completed my Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising and Graphic Design) at Curtin University at the end of 2019, and I have been working as a full-time graphic designer ever since! From in-house to agency work, the last 5 years have been filled with learning, growing and amazing friendships.
I decided to take the leap from agency work into full-time freelancing in early 2024, and have loved every minute of it. Being able to shift my focus to developing strong relationships with my clients, and developing brands from the ground-up has been extremely rewarding, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

The cost of a project is determined by several factors, including the complexity of the design, the scope of work, and the time required to complete it. During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your specific needs and goals, which will help me understand the full extent of the project. Based on this information, I’ll provide you with a detailed quote that outlines the cost, deliverables, and timeline.
My goal is to be as transparent as possible, ensuring you know exactly what to expect from the start.

Absolutely! In fact, having brand guidelines to work with makes projects run more smoothly. If your brand doesn’t have brand guidelines, that’s not a problem! I can work with existing brand collateral or direction from you.

The Adobe Creative Suite is my BFF! Particularly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD, and AfterEffects.
I also fully support the use of Canva! I can create easy-to-use templates and styles for your brand, so that you can roll out collateral if you prefer to have the control.
I can also develop templates in Word and Powerpoint for you!
